From the 15th Century through the 19th Century, it is estimated that 15 million Africans were enslaved by the Purveyors of The Slave Trade, mainly, the Portuguese, Dutch, English, French, Spanish, the Arabs; and their Africans Collaborators.
These Purveyors of the African Slave Trade, and their Africans Collaborators committed the greatest Crimes against the Human Race. The African Slave Trade help these Countries to developed their Nations and help ensured their entrering into the Industrial Revolution. While, at the same time, their Slave dealings delayed or slow Africa's development.
It is only fair that those who participated in the African Slave Trade, or these Purveyors of The African Slave Trade, must used some of the financial Resources, to help develop those areas were Africans were enslaved. Also the Countries in the New World (i, e, USA, South America, etc) that used enslaved Africans Labor, which resulted in their development, must paid part of this Africa's Development Funds.
A fair Value should be $1 millions per enslaved african, which could provide up to $15 Trillions. This Fund, to be used for: financial, social services, educational, infrastructure development, as well as other developmental projects.
